As a community leader, we provide unparalleled social and educational services, cultural enrichment, and personal developmental skills that afford opportunities primarily for preteen and adolescent females, while also addressing intergenerational needs in the Greater Wilmington area and New Castle County.
Our collaborative community outreach organization has been making a positive impact since we were established in 1993 by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Wilmington (DE) Alumnae Chapter.
We have successfully partnered with many organizations such as the United Way, William Hicks Anderson and Rose Hill Community Centers, People’s Settlement, Sojourner’s Place, Kiwanis Girl's Club, Domestic Violence Association, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Delaware Fund for Women and the American Lung Association to provide high-quality programs and scholarships.
